- About
Dr. Deepa Goel found her vocation late, after a doctorate in molecular biology and years of bench science. The eighteen years since have been spent in classrooms, conference rooms, and police academies, helping people meet themselves and the room they're in.
Any form of achievement comes from the yog, the union of consistency of vision, steadfastness to purpose, honesty to goals, and empathy to others.

- The path
Dr. Deepa Goel is a life and professional-skills trainer who helps professionals and students get ahead in their lives and careers. A scientist by education and a facilitator by passion, she has been at the forefront of enabling young people to do better in their chosen fields for over eighteen years.
She found her true calling after a residential course at IIT Kanpur on Human Values and Professional Ethics. By then she had already earned a PhD in Molecular Biology and Genetic Engineering from Delhi University, conducted research at IARI, CCMB and TERI, authored a book on bioethics published by Pearson, guided doctoral students and contributed numerous papers to international and national journals of repute.
In the years since, Dr. Deepa has shaped the professional careers of thousands of students and trainees through training interventions, counselling and holistic development. She is a certified yoga instructor, she brings harmony and inner peace through asana, pranayama and meditation. She is a Vedanta and Upanishad student, a spiritual seeker, and a former Area Director at Toastmasters International.
Her programmes are tuned to the emotional, physical, mental and spiritual growth of individuals, held together by a single conviction: every person carries the capacity to do better, and the work is to help them remember.
- Philosophy
The yog, written out. Each pillar holds the others. None is sufficient on its own.
What you are working towards must remain the same on the loud days and the quiet ones.
Why you are doing it, said plainly, repeated until it shapes your decisions without effort.
Numbers, milestones and timelines that don't lie to you when you fall short or run ahead.
Without this, the other three become a sharper kind of selfishness.
When you breathe in, know that you are breathing in. When you breathe out, know that you are breathing out.
